These terms govern your use of vieserconstruction.com (the “Site”), operated by Vieser Construction LLC, 5121 NE 17th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 (“Vieser”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information on this Site
Content is provided for general information about impact windows and doors and our services in South Florida. We work to keep it accurate, but product availability, specifications, code requirements and lead times change, and we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current.
2. Online material prices
The material price shown by our online configurator is a quote for the selected product, size, finish and glass on the day it is shown. It is material only, before tax. Delivery, permitting, engineering, removal and professional installation are quoted separately. An online price is not an order and does not reserve product; an order exists only when a written proposal or contract is signed. Sizes and options outside the tested range are sent for factory review and may change.
3. Estimates and contracts
Written estimates are valid for the period stated on them. Installed work is performed under a written contract that identifies scope, price, schedule, payment terms and the licensed contractor responsible for work requiring licensure. Permits and inspections follow the requirements of the county and city where the property is located.
4. Forms and communications
When you submit a form or call us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
Text, drawings, photos and the material-price tool on this Site belong to Vieser Construction LLC or its licensors. Manufacturer names (PGT, ESW, Mr. Glass and others) belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we install. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Third-party links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, Vieser Construction LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on its information. Nothing here limits the warranties and obligations stated in a signed contract.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
