Most window companies sell you a window. We are the installers. Vieser Construction grew out of the field — we spent years installing impact windows for other companies across South Florida before we ever sold one. We know exactly where jobs go wrong, because we’ve fixed hundreds of them. That experience became a simple promise: every window we touch gets installed the way we’d want it in our own home.
Our Own Crews. Never Subcontracted.
The #1 reason impact window jobs fail in South Florida is subcontracting: the company that sold you disappears, and a crew you never met — paid by speed, not quality — shows up at your house. We never subcontract. The Vieser crew that measures your openings is the same in-house team that installs them, seals them, and walks the final inspection with you. One team, one standard, one name on the work.
Installed to a Higher Standard — Start to Finish
- Blocked and shimmed true. Every window is blocked and leveled so it operates perfectly for decades — not wedged in to “look straight” for the photo.
- We stop to caulk perfectly. Sealing is where water gets in and where cheap installs fail. We take the time to prep and caulk every opening completely — no gaps, no shortcuts, no “good enough.”
- Solid buck framing. Non-standard openings get proper pressure-treated bucks, anchored to structure — the foundation of a code-compliant installation.
- Clean job site, every day. Old windows hauled away, floors protected, home left the way we found it.
Quality Materials — Down to the Last Screw
What holds your window in a 175-mph wind is not the glass — it’s the anchors. That’s why we don’t cheap out where you can’t see:
- Elco and ITW Tapcon anchors — the concrete anchors specified in Miami-Dade NOA documents, not bargain-bin substitutes.
- DeWalt fasteners — professional-grade, corrosion-resistant hardware throughout.
- Anchor spacing per the NOA schedule. Florida law is clear: every impact window must be anchored exactly as its Notice of Acceptance (NOA) engineering specifies — size, embedment, and spacing. We follow the schedule on every opening, every time. That’s what your final inspection checks, and it’s what actually protects your family in a hurricane.
Code, Permits & Inspection — Handled
Every Vieser project is fully insured and runs through the complete Florida Building Code process: engineered drawings, permit submission, HVHZ/NOA-approved products, and final inspection under a Florida-licensed contractor. You get the wind mitigation report (form OIR-B1-1802) that unlocks 25–45% windstorm insurance discounts when the job closes.
Premium Brands at Honest Prices
We install PGT WinGuard, ESW (ES Windows by Tecnoglass), and Mr. Glass — all Miami-Dade NOA / HVHZ approved. And because we operate Windows Stock Market, South Florida’s first impact-window marketplace, we source the same brand-name windows at wholesale — savings we pass straight to you.
Our price promise: bring us any written quote and we’ll beat it. Same product, better installation, lower price.
Rated 5.0 Stars by Our Customers
Every review Vieser Construction has on Google is 5 stars. Not because we’re perfect — because when something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. That’s the promise.
